ToolForge is an independently developed project based in India. These draft terms address the 17 free tools currently available on its static website.
Available services
The free image, PDF, QR, CSS, and developer tools run in your browser. No account or payment is required for them. Each tool page describes its supported formats, size or page limits, and known limitations. Premium features, subscriptions, customer accounts, and payments shown as planned are not available through this website.
Your files and outputs
You choose the content you provide to a tool and whether to save its output. Keep an original copy of important files, check generated results before relying on them, and ensure you have permission to process and share the material. A generated QR code can reveal whatever you choose to encode, including a Wi-Fi password or contact details, to anyone who scans it.
Accuracy and availability
Browser capabilities, available memory, file complexity, and device performance affect results. PDF optimization may produce no reduction; conversions may change metadata, color profiles, animation, or formatting. The tools may be changed or temporarily unavailable. Review outputs before using them for consequential purposes. This draft does not limit any rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Responsible use
Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its availability or misrepresent a generated result as verified by ToolForge. Links you encode or follow may lead to third-party websites, which have their own terms and practices.
Privacy, future features, and updates
The Privacy Policy draft explains local tool processing and normal hosting requests. No advertising or subscription checkout is active on the free website. New paid services or data practices will require separate terms and disclosures before launch. The final terms still need an approved effective date and legal owner details.
