ToolForge is an independently developed project based in India. This draft describes the 17 free tools on the static website. Planned premium services have separate requirements and are not available here.
Files and tool inputs
The available image, PDF, QR, CSS, and developer tools process selected files and entered values in your browser. Their normal operation does not upload those inputs or generated outputs to ToolForge. You choose whether to save a download. Copies in your device, browser cache, extensions, backup, or cloud sync are controlled by those products and your settings. A destination website may receive an ordinary visit when someone follows a generated QR code.
Site delivery and technical data
Cloudflare Pages delivers the website's HTML, JavaScript, CSS, fonts, and other static assets. Ordinary requests can include an IP address, user agent, requested URL, and time. Cloudflare may process and retain request data under its own policies and the project's configuration. ToolForge does not control browser or network-provider logs. The owner must verify the project's applicable log retention before this draft becomes final.
Browser storage, cookies, and advertising
The free site stores the light or dark theme choice in your browser's localStorage under toolforge-theme. It remains until you clear that browser storage or change the setting. The current free website has no ToolForge analytics or advertising integration. Hosting may use security-related cookies or similar mechanisms. If advertising or analytics is introduced later, the notice and any required choices will be reviewed before activation.
Retention and contact requests
ToolForge does not keep free-tool input files or generated output files in an application database. Browser storage remains on your device until you remove it. Hosting request-log retention depends on Cloudflare settings and policies; no fixed period is claimed here. There is no website contact form. If you email [email protected], your email provider sends your address, message, and any attachments to the support mailbox. The owner still needs to approve the mailbox access, handling, and retention details before this notice is final. Please do not include confidential files or passwords.
External services and changes
External websites linked from the site or encoded in a QR code have their own privacy practices. This notice will be updated when the free website changes materially. Planned accounts, premium QR services, and payments are outside the current free-site scope and must be reviewed before release.
